Room Regulations

Room regulations are established per the Code of Conduct Act 2025 P3, S2:

Headquarters

  1. The Headquarters shall be defined as a room as determined by the Founders through a majority vote between them

  2. The Executive Office of the President shall determine the rules regarding aspects of the Headquarters

    1. These rules shall be made public on the White House website to everyone


All users shall follow the below guidelines:

The Executive Office of The President reserves the right to enforce these rules fairly. Sufficient warnings shall be given before appropriate moderation (e.g moving a user or using the fountain) takes place. 

External members and allies are not permitted to roam the halls nor fill any of the work stations (FTF/GC/Transfer desk/room). Employees are not permitted to block the halls and should be mindful if they are blocking others.

Blue  = Legal - GG only 

Purple = Legal - Only if FTF/GC/Transfer is filled

Red = Illegal - Move from this space as soon as possible

VIP Room: Right throne room, GS;12 and above & externals/allies.

Middle Lounge Room: Middle room with majestic chairs, GS;5 and above & externals/allies.

Bottom AFK Room: Bottom room with Vintage Sofa’s preferred for AFK’ing

Library: Bottom Right room with medieval bookcase, GS;1 and above & externals/allies. 


Uniform Regulations

Room regulations are established per the Code of Conduct Act 2025 P3, S3:

Clothing

  1. The Executive Office of the President shall determine rules regarding clothing

  2. The rules shall be made public on the White House website to everyone

Non-Uniform

Starts: End of general meeting each week.

Ends: Sundays for: PDT - 16:59 / EDT - 19:59 / GMT - 23:59 / Mondays for: PHST - 07:59 / AEDT - 10:59


Employees of the White House shall at all times dress professionally. The EOP may on a case-by-case basis determine whether or not an outfit is professional. Some examples are listed below on how to dress and how not to dress.
