The Judicial Branch

The Judiciary is home to the legal system of the White House. It is comprised of the White House court system, including the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, and the District Court. Through the court system, you are able to file a lawsuit against someone for breaking White House law, appeal a court decision, or appeal your placement on a ban on sight, National Punishment, branch blacklist, or other any other regulated list. The Judiciary is entrusted with performing reviews of legislation passed by the Legislature, ensures fair handling of disputes through hosting court trials and hearings, and interprets the various laws of the White House. Judges and legal officers in this branch uphold due process, protect the rights of members and guarantee that all disciplinary action follows a transparent and consistent standard. They are constantly seeking new members to join the ranks as an Attorney and begin to learn the way around the legal processes of the White House.
The branch is led by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, whom of which is appointed by the President.
