Praeceptor (joined December 13, 2019) is a Habbo politician who served as the 1st President of the White House from December 26, 2025 to June 26, 2026. A Founding Father of the Third Republic and Chairman of the Voting and Electoral Commission, Praeceptor previously served as a Senior Associate Justice of the Second Republic from 2019 to 2020. Praeceptor, otherwise known as Adam, resides in Australia and is an Australian Solicitor.
