Voting and Electoral Commission


The Voting and Electoral Commission is an independent executive agency - it is independent of government and administration and regulates and manages all elections and referendums in the White House. It is led by the Chairman, who is our founder Praeceptor. Members of the Voting and Electoral Commission are appointed by the Chairman of the Commission.

The Voting and Electoral Commission has various statutory and regulatory responsibilities in the White House. The Commission shall regulate and oversee all elections, provide democracy education, deal with all registrations of groups and campaigns and enforce the Democracy Act 2025 and any other laws relating to elections and democracy.
