Office of Public Engagement

The Office of Public Engagement, otherwise known as the OoPE, is the Executive body of the Habbo White House responsible for developing and delivering engagement programmes that foster a fun, welcoming and inclusive community.

The Office operates within the Executive Branch and is led by the Secretary of the Interior, deputised by the Secretary of Energy. Both officials are appointed by the President and their administration in accordance with current law.

📋 Our Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Office of Public Engagement include, but are not limited to:

Working with the Executive Office of the President to advise on and develop community engagement programmes.

🎉

Planning, coordinating and managing internal and external events, games and community activities.

🌐

Assisting the Department of State with events involving foreign partners.

💰

Managing the Engagement budget with oversight from the Department of the Treasury .

🏛️ Entities Within the Office

The OoPE consists of the Secretary of the Interior, the Secretary of Energy and Engagement Corps members who assist in fulfilling the responsibilities of the Office. Together, they deliver entertaining and engaging programmes for the wider community.

🎙️ Event Hosts

Event Hosts are selected by OoPE leadership to host internal and external events. They primarily focus on activities within WH Headquarters but may also support external events whenever required.

🛠️ Builders and Wirers

Builders and Wirers create rooms and interactive spaces for engagement programmes, including games, mazes, ceremonies and external event areas.
