The Office of Public Engagement, or otherwise known as the OoPE, is the Executive body of the Habbo White House (WH) that is responsible for developing and executing engagement programmes to foster a fun and inclusive community for all. The OoPE is an office within the Executive branch that is led by the Secretary of the Interior and is deputized by the Secretary of Energy. All of which are appointed by the President and his administration in accordance with current law.

The OoPE consists of the SoI, the SoE, and Engagement Corps members that assist in fulfilling the responsibilities tasked to the Office.
