PER CURIAM:

The Supreme Court finds the Employment (Amendment 5) Act 2026 UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The reason for this finding being the lack of numbering of the repealing enactment in Part 2, thereby breaching the common numbering framework.

It is so ordered that the Employment (Amendment 5) Act 2026 be moved to stage 7F of the legislative process.
