PER CURIAM:
The Supreme Court finds the Prosecution (Amendment 3) Act 2026 UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The reason for this finding being the lack of comma between "Part 1" and "Section 2(1)" in the Part 1, Section 1(2) of the Act, thereby conflicting with the common referencing framework. Furthermore, said reference should have been to "Part 1, Section 3(1)" and the reference to "Part 7, Section 2(2)(3)" in Part 1, Section 1(4) of the Act should have been to "Part 7, Section 2(2)(1)(3)".
It is so ordered that the Prosecution (Amendment 3) Act 2026 be moved to stage 7F of the legislative process.
