PER CURIAM:

The Supreme Court finds the Prosecution (FOI 1) Order 2026 UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The reason for this finding being the lack of numbering of the amendment enactment, i.e. a lack of the list element being used on "Amend the Prosecution Act 2025 as follows;", thereby breaching the common numbering framework.

It is so ordered that the Prosecution (FOI 1) Order 2026 be moved to stage 7F of the legislative process.
