Habtaz does not currently appear within the website's available defendant list. Following guidance provided by the Department of Justice, I have therefore selected my own username as the defendant solely as a filing workaround to allow this case to be submitted.
I am not the intended defendant, and the defendant field should be understood as referring to Habtaz for the purposes of this case.
CASE INFORMATION:
I am submitting this complaint against Habtaz regarding repeated violations of Part 2, Section 1(1)(12) of the Code of Conduct Act 2025, which states that individuals within White House rooms must “Never use coloured/clip-art chat.”
Habtaz has repeatedly used coloured chat within the White House base. The provision applies to “all individuals in White House rooms” and does not provide an exemption within the provision for individuals based on their status as a Habbo Ambassador, VIP, or otherwise.
On the occasion evidenced within this submission, I specifically asked Habtaz to turn their coloured chat off. Habtaz responded by referring to their yellow chat and the star associated with their Habbo Ambassador status rather than disabling the coloured chat.
This is not the first occasion on which I have witnessed Habtaz using coloured chat within the White House base. Despite this being repeated conduct and occurring openly in the presence of White House staff, I have not witnessed Habtaz being challenged regarding their continued use of coloured chat.
I believe the Code of Conduct should be applied consistently where it expressly states that the relevant provisions apply to all individuals within White House rooms. Habtaz's external status as a Habbo Ambassador should not, by itself, provide an exemption from the Code of Conduct where no such exemption is established within the relevant provision.
I therefore respectfully request that the Department of Justice review this matter in relation to Habtaz's repeated alleged violations of Part 2, Section 1(1)(12) of the Code of Conduct Act 2025.
