Information

Evidence collected on 15 August 2026 shows that more than five days had elapsed since that recorded activity while the Defendant remained an active member of the Judicial Branch. Additionally, the Judicial Leadership records do not indicate that the Defendant was on an active Leave of Absence, despite such notices being displayed for other members who were on approved leave.

Accordingly, the Defendant remained subject to the activity requirements established under the Employment Act and is alleged to have failed to comply with those requirements.
