After I entered "» The White House » Pays 3c Hourly » JOBS" owned by username Praeceptor, I noticed username Andrew00. sitting in the VIP room next to username Kelpti. After reviewing his profile, I noticed he had a rank of Paralegal (GS-5). Per the Code of Conduct 2025, Part 3, Section 2(2):
"The Executive Office of the President shall determine the rules regarding aspects of the Headquarters"
And per the Code of Conduct 2025, Part 3, Section 2(2)(1):
"These rules shall be made public on the White House website to everyone"
The Room Regulations rules posted on the website state "VIP Room: Right throne room, GS;12 and above & externals/allies. Members who have bought 24 hour temporary VIP room access from the Department of the Treasury."
Clearly, in the screenshot provided, you can see he is a GS-5, which is not GS-12 and above or an external/ally. I have also reached out to username xclebl, who is the Secretary of the Treasury, and she confirmed there was no purchase made by username Andrew00.
