I am bringing charges against -avocadorable. On Monday, 28th of September, user -avocadorable was found publicly discussing evidence and information relating to case DC-141. User -avocadorable has been found liable of violating the following:

Part 4, Section 8 of the Prosecution Act 2025 which states:

“A person serving as legal representation on a case may only discuss the case with their client, or any witnesses who are privy to the case.”

Part 1, Section 6 of the Crimes Act 2025 on several counts of Perversion of Justice.

Perversion of Justice is a Class A crime - with a maximum punishment of being added to the Ban on Sight list.
