While in "The Habbo White House Backup Headquarters," and "[ W H ] - The District Court" I witnessed Crayans repeatedly using avatar effects despite the Code of Conduct prohibiting their use.
Per the Code of Conduct 2025, Part 2, Section 1(6):
"Never use avatar effects"
Additionally, Part 2, Section 1(11):
"Never use ':moonwalk' ':habnam' or ':YYXXABXA' commands"
Crayans has used avatar effects on several occasions and has continued to do so despite being made aware that they are prohibited. In the attached evidence, Crayans can be seen discussing and using further effects, stating "look at this effect too" immediately before continuing, and using the invisible effect.
The screenshots further show that multiple effects were being used during the incident, in different rooms. Despite the rule being clear that avatar effects are never to be used, Crayans continued to use them.
I am therefore bringing this case against Crayans for repeatedly violating the Code of Conduct regarding the use of avatar effects.
