Abuse of power. Came in to the White House lobby to see a low rank asleep at the desk and repeatedly ignoring calls from a SS Branch Department deputy. I called for his immediate firing to a this SS person who is a friend in a joking manner. Owen? Proceeded to claim that what I said was inappropriate to which I asked him to explain himself. Owen? Is flabbergasted as to why I, a lower rank than himself, would question his authority and goes on a tirade that asking someone to fire a Low Rank is inappropriate despite myself being a GS-12 and having the right to “fire a low rank as long as they aren’t restricted from doing so”. Having received no restriction it is entirely within my right to ask for his immediate firing. If I actually wanted him fired that is. This was a joke between myself and another player whom I am on friendly terms with. The affected party was still AFK and did not come back till after the argument with Owen? Had begun. Owen? Being challenged on his authority then deems it insubordinate that I did not immediately cease talking at his request despite not having the power to request it. Having lost the argument with myself he then goes and places a FRAUDULENT warning on my EEDB on the website resulting in the abuse of power. When question on the warning Owen? Then uses legislation that has not passed presidential approval as the basis for his ability to discipline me. He states that I as Sergeant at Arms should know the discipline structure despite the fact that he cited yet to be recognized legislation. His demand for “no further comments” also violated my freedom of speech.
