Explain why your appeal should be successful
Kevin, I want to start by acknowledging that we haven’t had many direct interactions. However, from my perspective, this situation feels like a targeted attempt to prevent me from joining another branch. I was personally asked by both Emily and Skye to return under the Judicial branch, and shortly after you became aware of that, I was blacklisted. That sequence of events does not appear coincidental, and I do not believe the decision was handled fairly.
[Redacted by DSA on Court Orders]
Regarding the strikes, Skye and I already addressed that situation directly. She agreed to remove one of them, and we resolved the matter between ourselves. That was not your interaction to revisit or escalate, and it should not have been used as a basis for further discipline.
For context, I have extensive experience managing and running roleplay agencies, including John Cook University Hospital (2009–2010), Queen Elizabeth Hospital (2010–2015), Pinewood Private Hospital (2015–2018), and Habbo High (2019–2021). I understand how leadership decisions impact community morale. Overreaching authority—especially within a newer agency—tends to create unnecessary tension and division rather than stability.
I am also not the only person with concerns regarding this blacklist. Others have also expressed concern about your overreach (a total of 8 members ranging from HR/MR/LR).
While I can only assume your intent, I will say this: the decision did not personally affect me in the way you may have intended. However, it has negatively impacted others, which ultimately reflects on your leadership and does not contribute to the long-term success of your position. Creating animosity amongst your peers (and most importantly the public in the lobby) will swiftly, and forever, ruin your reputation. And not just your personal reputation, but the reputation of the way the White House operates.
I am asking that this situation be reviewed objectively and handled with fairness moving forward.
