The Department of Justice is suing the Habbo User “The-Government” on behalf of the Accused Organisations which are as follows: “ISRAELI DEFENSE FORCES” OWNED BY IDF-HQ “THE STATE OF ISRAEL” OWNED BY The-Government and “INSTITUTE FOR INTELLIGENCE AND SPECIAL OPERATIONS” OWNED BY The-Institute

The Department of Justice is submitting this case on behalf of the Department of Defense to impose a Ban on Sight (BoS) order against the accused organisations and its members, on the grounds of Terroristic Conduct as outlined by Part 2, Section 1, Subsection 1 of the Defence Act 2025
The Department of Defense alleges that the accused entities have engaged in a mass, coordinated and systematic abuse of the Habbo reporting mechanism, which directly resulted in the unjust suspension of the White House Headquarters. Such conduct was not incidental, but rather deliberate, organized, and executed with hostile intent.
The Department of Defense states that this pattern of behavior exhibited by the Accused entities demonstrates premeditation, coordination, and ongoing institutional hostility, thereby justifying the highest level of enforcement available under White House law.
The requested Ban on Sight order shall apply not only to the Accused entities and the but also to all members, agents, operatives, and affiliated or alternative accounts acting on their behalf.
The Department of Defense alleges two instances of communication from known operatives of the Accused entities to the, the first instance on April 2nd 2026 and the second instance on April 3rd 2026 to the Discord User snowmad_xo with the Discord User ID of 694337434380533882 (Habbo username: HRHCollection), an employee of the White House at the time. In the first instance these messages contained Discord invitations to a server titled “Israeli Defence Forces (IDF)” to a Discord User with the explicit intention of encouraging participation of activities targeted against the White House. Timing of the communication, immediately followed by the suspension of the Headquarters of the White House indicates to the Department of Defense direct relevance and possible involvement in the incident.
For the second instance a subsequent exchange between the same individuals further clarified the nature and intent of the Accused organizations. When questioned, Mike, also known as the Habbo slazengers, identified the group as “the IDF” and stated that “we are making an army,” followed by references to “bombing Palestinians (White House employees).”
The Department of Defense has outlined that such language constitutes; Explicit endorsement of hostile and destructive actions, Normalization of simulated violence against White House personnel, and Indication of continued or future attacks.
Furthermore, members of the Accused organizations demonstrated presence in our Headquarters prior to the incident, suggesting coordination and situational awareness consistent with premeditated action.
It is also noted by the Department of Defense that the Accused has housed individuals identified as Illegal Warfare Operators within the Habbo agency floor, further reinforcing the likelihood of their involvement in the attack and indicating an ongoing threat.
Taken together, these actions establish a clear and sustained pattern of malicious interference, coordination, and institutional hostility.
