I am submitting this case against the Habbo user Peachxes for failing to respond to Freedom of Information Requests 11, 12, 13, and 15 within the required timeframe. This is in violation of Section 2, Subsection 3 of the Freedom of Information Act 2026.
Per Section 2, Subsection 5 of the Freedom of Information Act 2026, this constitutes Negligence of Duties, a Class B offense listed in Section 7 of the Crimes Act 2025, which carries a maximum penalty of demotion.
