I am requesting interpretation in relation to Part 1, Section 1, Subsection 1 of the Group Badges Act 2025 which states "All employees and externals must wear the Group Badges named in this act in all White House rooms, except for the lobby of the headquarters." is Unconstitutional and violates the Right to a Fair Trial by prohibiting access to rooms designated as the District Court and the Supreme Court by the founders.

The Supreme Court is pleased to inform you that we have issued the following interpretation:

"Following a period of consideration, whilst the wording of the act suggests that preventing these individuals from attending a District or Supreme Court Trial and thus could be considered inhibiting their right to a fair trial, the court has considered that the commonly accepted process waives the requirements under Part 1, Section 1 (1) for the duration of the trial"
