Information
On the 7th of January 2026, following a tip from SS Intel Director serenthia, the United States Department of Justice via Attorney General jordknuser6 launched an investigation into Chief Justice Josephj827 for Class A Corruption, Harassment, Class A Perversion of Rights and Class B Negligence of Duties.

Chief Justice Josephj827 allegedly violated Part 1, Sections 7, 10, 11 and 17 of the Crimes Act 2025 by sharing a selfie of SS Intel Director serenthia with Cadet JimmyJJ, subsequently jeopardizing the Intel Director’s right to privacy per Article 8 § 1(3) of the Constitution. Before sharing the selfie, a screenshot of the DMs received by Cadet JimmyJJ shows the Chief Justice allegedly asking the Cadet a sexually explicit question about the Intel Director.

SS Intel Director serenthia was interviewed by the Department of Justice via Attorney General jordknuser6 on the 7th of January to elaborate on the situation. During this interview, the Intel Director explains that the selfie in question was taken during the weekend preceding the incident, and shared exclusively with the Chief Justice. She further underlines that the photo was not posted on any form of social media, and that the only way Cadet JimmyJJ could have gotten ahold of the photo was if the Chief Justice shared it with him.

The Department of Justice conducted an informal interview with SS Cadet JimmyJJ on January 9th wherein he confirmed that the Discord account in question was different from the Chief Justice’s personal account used in the Habbo White House Discord server. Furthermore, the Cadet informed the Department that he had flirted with SS Intel Director serenthia prior to receiving the private messages and the selfie from the alternative “Joseph” account.

Based on the evidence uncovered, the Department of Justice decided to formally accuse the Chief Justice of being the owner of the "Joseph" Discord account in question on January 15th 2026, and subsequently conducted an interview and settlement meeting. The settlement meeting was unsuccessful, and the DoJ has accordingly decided to press charges against the Chief Justice for breaching Part 1, Sections 7, 10, 11 and 17 (via Article 8 § 1(3) of the Constitution) of the Crimes Act 2025.
