Disability Pride Month

Disability Pride Month - July 2026

Throughout July, we proudly recognize Disability Pride Month — a time to celebrate the diversity, strength, and contributions of people with disabilities while raising awareness, challenging stereotypes, and promoting inclusion for everyone.

At the Habbo White House, we believe our community is strongest when everyone feels welcomed, respected, and valued. Disabilities, whether visible or non-visible, are a natural part of human life, and every member of our community deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect.

Disability Pride Month is not only about celebrating achievements but also about listening to lived experiences, learning from one another, and continuing to build spaces where everyone can participate and belong. Inclusion means ensuring that every person has the opportunity to contribute, connect, and thrive without fear of discrimination or exclusion.

As a member of the disabled community myself, I believe it is only right that we highlight this month. It can be extraordinarily lonely to suffer in silence. But together we can ensure that our fellow White House members feel seen and heard. Together we create a space that can be an escape and a refuge from ordinary life. This community should strive not to add further stress but to be a positive addition in life.

We encourage all members to take a few moments this month to learn more about disabilities, and how we can all be better allies. Small actions such as: using respectful language, being patient, asking before offering assistance, and advocating for accessible spaces, can make a meaningful difference.

This July, let's continue to create a community where everyone feels they belong. By embracing our differences and supporting one another, we make the Habbo White House a place where every individual is respected, included, and empowered.
