On July 13th, President o.Stuart.o made a surprise request to gather everyone in the Rose Garden for an announcement. With anticipation, the White House employees gathered and awaited for the President's words.
The President made the surprise announcement of the return of the Office of Legislative Affairs, renamed to the
Office of Government and Legislative Affairs. This branch will once again serve as the link between the Executive Branch, Congress, and the wider White House community.
President Stuart also made another surprise announcement: the return of a Founder to the Executive Branch. We welcome back
dz? to the White House and congratulate him on his new position as
Director of Legislative Affairs! Chris will provide a wealth of experience in the position, having previously served as 1st Speaker of the House and 2nd Chief of Staff. We are excited to have Chris back with us and wish him the best of luck in his new position!
